How About a Little Black Friday Sitting in Your Chair?

Here we are, Black Friday Shopping Day. Not sure how many of you went out today, but if you did, I salute you for your bravery. There should be a medal for those who dare to brave the insanity of shopping today.

Well, we are going to make things a bit more relaxing as you can win some books instead of shopping and getting trampled in the process. I have a received a generous offer from Jill Shalvis' editor to give away five bound copies of Jill's Heating up the Kitchen. You can learn more about the cookbook by clicking here and learn more about Jill by going to her website at .

Jill's latest release is HEAD OVER HEELS and to give you a teaser, Romance Reviews Today has named it a Perfect 10. That tells you how good this book is. It was just being released, so be sure to get yourself a copy of this fabulous book. Here is a blurb:

Breaking rules and breaking hearts

Free-spirited Chloe lives life on the edge. Unlike her soon-to-be married sisters, she isn't ready to settle into a quiet life running their family's newly renovated inn. But soon her love of trouble--and trouble with love-draws the attention of the very stern, very sexy sheriff who'd like nothing better than to tame her wild ways.

Suddenly Chloe can't take a misstep without the sheriff hot on her heels. His rugged swagger and his enigmatic smile are enough to make a girl beg to be handcuffed. For the first time, instead of avoiding the law, Chloe dreams of surrender. Can this rebel find a way to keep the peace with the straitlaced sheriff? Or will Chloe's colorful past keep her from a love that lasts . . . and the safe haven she truly wants in a town called Lucky Harbor?

Also, be sure to check out the Kindle giveaway over at the USA Today Happily Ever After blog. Click here to go to it directly.

How am I going to giveaway these bound copies? First off,  post your comments here and I will draw two names Saturday evening. The remaining three copies I will post randomly Friday and Saturday and the first one to post the correct answer to a question will win a copy.

Also keep an eye out on this blog as I will be giving away more books throughout the weekend.

Happy reading!

Yep, I did some Black Friday shopping both in stores and online. But I have to say that everyone that I encountered was in a good mood despite the long lines and sold out doorbuster items. Not at all like that woman in CA who used pepper spray!

Happy Thanksgiving, and thanks for the giveaways!

I love this series! It's sexy, funny and tugs at your heart. Jill has a gift at writing such natural, believable characters and dialogue. I can't wait to read Chloe's story and the cookbook would be a delicious added bonus!

Thank you so much for the giveaway!
