Kathleen Woodiss,Cheryl Anne Porter...
both passed away recently.

Since I was once an RN I always enjoyed Betty Neel's books. She passed away about 5(?) years ago.

Joan Honl, Joan Johnston... I haven't read any of their books for quite a while.

Kathleen Woodiwiss tops my list but I also miss the work of Danielle Harmon and Robyn DeHart. But, I understand Robyn finally has a new series coming out starting with the first book in August '09. Looking forward to that.

I used to read science fiction by these two authors, Vonda N. McIntyre and Octavia E. Butler (1947-2006).

I miss several authors. L spencer, and Millie Criswell to name just two.

I'm sure there are some authors that others love and I've never read, and hopefully as I hear about them their backlists will be easily trackable.
