Book Giveaway:

RESCUING CHRISTMAS with authors Vicki Lewis Thompson, Catherine Mann and Kathie DeNosky

Blurb:

Holiday Haven by Vicki Lewis Thompson

All Ben Rhodes wants for Christmas is to be left alone. And yet, in a fit of Christmas-cheer-induced insanity, he agrees to help beautiful shelter director Tansy Dexter find homes for all her rambunctious animals. Little does he know that the one truly in need of a loving home this season…is him.

Home for Christmas by Catherine Mann

Shelby Conrad has had more than her fair share of silent nights. But even though her husband, Tech Sergeant Alex Conrad, is coming home in time for Christmas, Shelby isn't sure he's in time to save their marriage. Can a road trip to deliver three shelter dogs to their new homes teach the couple that the most precious gift of all is hope?

A Puppy for Will by Kathie DeNosky

Will Parker hasn't exactly had all his hopes and dreams met, but work has filled the gaps in his life. Or so he thinks…until an energetic and large Saint Bernard foster puppy and Will's cute neighbor Macie Fairbanks introduce him to the best thing about Christmas and life—unconditional love.

I grew up with a Sheltie sheepdog. So smaller dogs like the size of a miniature collie are my favorite pet.

I've enjoyed books from all 3 of these talented authors!!

This book really sounds cute. I love stories with pets, especially dogs in them.

I didnt have a pet growing up outside of fish. LOL.

Happy Birthday to me. We are in the middle of Hurricane Sandy.

Love this cover! Although I don't have pets, I'm more of a cat person. I like an independent animal...and what animal is more independent than a cat?

Well as you know I have both dogs and cats ;) I guess my favorite would be dogs for their unconditional love and they give ya a good snuggle when you need it most. One of my cats I swear thinks he's a dog tho as he gives me great hugs and kisses too LOL

I love Christmas books--thanks for the giveaway.

My favorite type of pet is a dog. When I'm ready for a new one (ours died last year at 18) I'll probably visit a shelter to save one.

I like cats and fish.

The cover is so cute! I love dogs, particularly the shiba inu breed. But, seeing how there's so many abandoned dogs, I'll likely adopt a shelter dog in the future.

I like almost any kind of animal. I've had two wonderful dogs but now I have cats. I've been working with ferals/strays for 20 years - ever since a mama cat showed up on my back porch with 3 kittens and were eating bread and popcorn that I had put out for the birds. I've had 7 inside cats at one time but now I only have 5 and 3 outside :)

Awww... how cute! Honestly, my favorite type of pet is one that belongs to someone else ;) While they're often wonderful companions, we don't have the bandwidth to give them the care they deserve, so it's fun to visit them with others!
