Well, in the past ten years I developed severe RA so my life has totally changed. My reading habits have also changed, I now read as much paranormal as contemporary romance.

Oh, my. Ten years ago I was realizing that lit fic was dreary and depressing and transitioning to chick lit and mysteries. I'd been reading old-school urban fantasy for a while (Charles de Lint, Emma Bull). Started reading the Dresden Files and Anita Blake...

And now I read m/m romance near-exclusively. :)

My reading habits have changed in the past ten years. I have expanded the genres I will read. Most recently in the past two years I have become increasingly interested in Young Adult books.

My reading habits have changed a lot in the past 10 years. I have always been a reader but I was 15 and more concerned with hanging out with friends. I pretty much only read for English class. Eventually I started reading a lot of Anne Rice and historical romances. Now I read a lot of urban fantasy, paranormal romance, YA, and historical romance.

In the past ten years, I went from a party girl to a geeky one. My reading habits change as well. Before I only read classics and mystery novels. Now I read contemporary romance, PNR, urban fantasy and so on.

Happy Anniversary RRT! Gosh, 10 years is fab! I so love coming here, sometimes a few times a week checking out the blog, reviews, releases and all the fun here. I remember coming online having read mostly series books and discovered so much more and it keeps growing each day. I remember when I was encouraged in a chat to get a vampire romance and read and I was a wimp by bringing it back to store but went and got it back and now its a favorite author and genre for me. I too love finding more and more new authors to read, especially the historicals. So its growing each day opening so much more I love reading! As for personally, I grew in appreciating treasuring each day and living for that day. And I so look forward to that more now!

I am blessed to have been able to retire a few years ago, so life has changed a lot. I have more time to travel with my husband, do projects around the house, and READ. I have become a readaholic!

Happy Anniversary!!!

Happy 10th Anniversary. I've changed as a person and my reading habits having changed, too. I'm a more patient person and I'm reading a lot more paranormal and romantic suspense now than I ever did.

Happy 10th Anniversary!

10 years ago, I was reasonably healthy and had just started a new job. Then I ended up in the hospital and got laid off. At least I'm still reading lots of fun and interesting books.

Happy Anniversary!

Always been an avid reader, and got into ebooks, too, early on.
AT first I was very into gothic and mystery, then very late teens started getting into romance, and read more of that for awhile. Then I had several years mostly reading suspense/mystery, especially legal theme (maybe working for a lawyer influenced that, lol, though I still like those best), and always a bit of sci-fi, paranormal. Then I got heavy into historical romance and paranormals, still some sci-fi fantasy. The paranormals especially when I got into vamp romance and found more from ebook authors. I can't get enough of the paranormal/sci-fi, etc., anything in that vainm so happy to see the current popularity, but also read equally the historical romance. With so much to choose from, doesn't leave me enough time to fit in more of the regular suspense thrillers or even some contemp, even though I'd like to get to more of them. Don't know why at various times, I'd go heavier on one genre vs another, maybe it's age and experience and interests that change over the years. Just wish I had a clone to fit in more of those suspense though, lol.

Congrats on 10 years!

I read more romantic suspense now than I did then. I read less straight contemp now then I did then. I have always rarely read historicals, but now I read even less!

I never read paranormals then, and while I don't read a lot of them, I read a few now.

Happy 10th Anniversary.

Well, in the past 10 years, I retired from the phone company and moved from MI to NC. I've become addicted to collecting books. When I moved here, I only had a small 3-shelf bookcase full, now I have that case plus 3 5-shelf cases jammed full of books! I also spend way more time on the internet now than I did in 2000!

Happy 10th anniversary!
In 10 years, my reading habits have changed a lot. I used to read far less, and only mysteries and thrillers. Now I read multiple romance genres and read triple the number of books. And thanks for helping me choose those books!

And I have changed in, yeah, a lot of ways. One being I didn't even LIKE to read 10 years ago. Gasp! How could that be! I know....;-)

Well Happy Anniversary!

My reading habits have definitely changed, since I discovered ebooks about 7 years ago. Now I read almost 90% of my books in electronic format, and my reader goes everywhere with me.

Happy anniversary! I have changed a lot in the last 10 years. 10 years ago I was a senior in Highschool and all I was concerned of was the next big party, my boyfriend and not much else. I was very selfish and self centered. I am now a mother of three and have grown quite a bit. My concerns center around my kids, I am more responsible and spend my time playing and teaching my kids. I know longer have the need to spend ridiculous amounts of money on myself. Becoming a wife and mom was the best thing for me and gave me a new spin on life

Happy 10th Anniversary!

I think my reading habits are the same. Historicals are still my favorite but I read almost anything and love variety. Maybe a touch more paranormals. And I still buy more books than I can read lol.

Happy 10yrs! In the past 10 years a lot of things have happened in my life. My mom is no longer here with us due to auto accident in 2002. But one of the best things that has happened is marrying my best friend and having a beautiful daughter. In 2 weeks we will be celebrating our 10yrs of togetherness. :) As for reading habits I use to really be into the indian historical or any of that genre. But now not so much. I enjoy a bit and here from each genre. Also I enjoy reading childrens books to my daughter. ;)
