Yes I do like reading a series but I have to start with the very first one. If I don't read them in order I feel lost. It must be the Polack in me...LOL!

I do like reading series. You get to read the secondary characters in stories and you get to revisit characters from previous books.

I really like reading series because you feel like you get to know the characters and the atmosphere. I tend to be a stickler about reading series books in order, and sometimes I won't even start reading until I have all the books.

Ooh, I do love a series! I prefer to start from the beginning if I know about it, or I'll go back to the beginning if I start somehow out of order :)

Most of the books I read are part of a series. I usually don't start reading any of the books until I have every book in the series in my possession. Case in point: Stephanie Lauren's The Bastion Club. It's been a while since I've read any of Lauren's books, so a few weeks ago, I decided to start the Bastions...finally.

I love reading series. I usually end up reading them out of order, but I read all the books in a series if I can find them.

I like reading series such as the Cynster series by Stephanie Laurens. I especially like series of mysteries with the same hero/heroine in all the books. Like janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series.

Can I say Yes and No??? I love a series....and I'm reading several of them; However, if the novels are cliff hangers and the next book is years away from being published...Well, then I'm not so happy.

I'm in love with with Outlander Series but the cliff hangers and the wait is painful; Therefore, I've decided that I'll not start another series unless I know I'll live long enough to read the final book.

Soooo....I read the Highlander Series by KMM and loved them and was looking forward to her next series....but then found out they were cliff hangers and made the decision to wait till they were all available before I started them (hopefully I won't have to wait much longer).

I know I might be missing out on some great new books....but then I've also found some wonderful older series like Heather Graham's "North American Woman Series". I love reading about all the different family members and their children and grandchildren, etc.

Yes I like connected books. It feels like you're coming back to friends or family. You know about the group. I just finished Susan Mallery's Titan sister's and a friend's series.

I also don't want to be left hanging for a long period of time.

Christy Reece's series sounds great!

I enjoy getting sucked into a series, especially if characters move through out the stories! Like Sue A. said, It's like visiting old friends.

I have so many great series on my favorites shelf. I like the continuing storyline with familiar characters as well as a series that gives me new characters to enjoy with each new release.

I love series and yes, I'm one of those that has to start at the beginning. I actually have the first four books from KMM 'Fever' series waiting for the final before I even start. And if I inadvertently start a book, like it, then find it's 3rd in series, then I'm off to find the first two...I know, but I can't help myself :-)
