I loved "Cinderella". I will always adore the TV special (1965) with Lesley Ann Warren as Cinderella. I still sing the songs from the show!

I had a huge book of Grimm's Fairy Tales when I was a child and every night my mother would read a story. My favorite was 'Snow-White and Rose-Red'.

I really don't remember my mom or anyone reading me a bedtime story, but I still have copies of some of my childhood books. My favorites being Ms. Lollipop's Lion, Hide and Seek Fog, Parttime Dog, and Mr. Willoughby's Christmas Tree.

Some of these have been reissued.

We always read Little Visits With God as bedtime stories. As I got old enough to read, I was tasked with reading bedtime stories to my younger brother. His choice? Star Trek novelizations :D

Thanks for the contest!

The Princess and The Pea was my very favorite. My mother would have to read it to me every night. She said I could not quite understand how even a Princess would know that the small pea was under all those mattresses!! Oh to me that young again:)
