Haven't much in the way of Harlequin Presents so I don't really have a favorite author

I love Presents books. My favorites are Helen Bianchin, Miranda Lee, Lucy Monroe, Anne McAllister, Kate Walker, Kate Hewitt, Sharon Kendrick and a host of others. I like most of the authors in this line.
