Book Giveaway:TAMING THE FIRE by Sydney Croft

TAMING THE FIRE by Sydney Croft
Out now!

Blurb:

POWER. PLEASURE. DANGER. IT DOESN’T GET ANY HOTTER THAN THIS.

He came to the underground London club for a night of extreme sex play with the enigmatic “Mistress Rik”. But the Special Agent known as Trance is really on a search-and-rescue mission to keep her alive. Part predator, Ulrika “Rik” Jaegar possesses feral powers that make her a danger to others–and to herself. That’s why the Agency for Covert Rare Operatives (ACRO) wants to recruit her to their side….To do so, Trance will have to pull off the impossible: capture and control Rik, both woman and beast.

On the run from the deadly agency that changed her into a pleasure-seeking shape shifter, Rik uses sex to rein in her own raging desires. Operating on pure instinct, she trusts no one…especially the magnificent alpha male with the power to seduce her into submission. An undercover agent with unique hypnotic gifts, Trance is surprised by his instinct to hold Rik and keep her safe — but he has a job to do. And as he hunts her down, as Rik and Trance are thrust into the ultimate game of domination and submission, they’ll enter a place where surrender is their sole hope of survival — and the only thing that can tame the wild beast in both of them…

One winner chosen to win a copy of TAMING THE FIRE. Contest ends June 24th at 9:00 PM eastern time.

How do you enter?

Reader's dilemma: You go to a book signing featuring several of your favorite authors. But when you get there, you are given two choices:

You can either go through the door where you buy their books and not only get them signed, but you pay full price for the books.

Or, you can go through the other door and only get their books, at thirty percent off, but they are not signed. You only get that one choice and cannot come back in.

Which would you choose?

30% off. I love a discount and I am not into autographs at all :-)

30% off. I sell or trade books after I have read them. And while a siggy might be important to some readers, it isn't all that important to me.

I would pay full price.

If I was there for a favorite author, I wouldn't mind paying full price to get a signed book.

If I don't already have an autograph I would go for the autograph. If I had several by that author I would probably go for the discount. I'm really decisive aren't I?

This is a toughie. Becuz my book budget has decreased tremendously, I would say I would have to go with the 30% and hope that the author has a book signing in the future.

I'm biting my nails. I don't know what to do. I'm terrible with choices, even hypothetical choices. It might depend on how much money I have. I'll take...door #1, no...wait...door #2...wait. I'll pay full price and get the autograph. I think.

Full price and have the chance to get them signed--I'm totally a sucker for that connection. I've got a huge WL, so I don't think I'd go in assuming I'd get them all, but it'd be pretty special to have the chance to meet the author in person, too!

full price and have them signed.

That is an evil question.
I'd get the books then rope a friend into going through the other door to get the books signed for me.
HAH! :P

I'm an avid reader so I would go with the 30% off.

Autographs are nice to have but when you have a keeper on the book shelf you can't tell that it's autographed. It's a little something extra but not necessary!
A lagnaippe!!

If I've made a special trip to get signed books & meet some favorite authors, I'd definitely choose to pay full price & get the autographs. :)
