The best paranormal book in 2008 that I read was Cheyenne McCray's Dark Magic. It was the last book in her series, and I was very sad to see it end.
Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon
The Bleeding Dusk by Colleen Gleason
Hostage to Pleasure by Nalini Singh. This was a tough one since I read alot of great ones.
Cheyenne McCrays Dark Magic.
King of Sword and Sky by CL Wilson, though that could be considered more fantasy, then Dark Needs at Nights Edge by Kresley Cole.
Close runnerups - Mine to Possess and Hostage to Pleasure by Nalini Singh and One Foot in the Grave by Jeaniene Frost.
I actually have to favorite Paranormals I've read in 2008 that are the best & keepers for me.
The Accidental Demon Slayer By: Angie Fox and MARKED BY MOONLIGHT

I read very few paranormals last year... I did really enjoy Nalini Singh's story in An Enchanted Season and Cynthia Eden's in Everlasting Bad Boys--I have to get the rest of their books now! (The trouble with finding new authors/genres to like...)
My favorites for 2008 were When Twilight Burns by Colleen Gleason and Midnight Rising by Lara Adrian.
