Now giving away a copy of PASSION AND PLEASURE IN LONDON by Melody Thomas! Here's a blurb:
"When his grandfather summons him to his estate, Rory Jameson goes for only one reason - to tell the man off and turn his back on his inheritance. Winter Ashburn is sick of the injustices committed against her and her people by her aristocratic uncle. Seeking revenge for the excess around her, she takes a page from Robin Hood’s book, pilfering from the wealthy at local inns. When Rory is injured trying to retrieve his wallet, Winter comes face to face with the consequences of her actions - and with a man who will change her life forever."
Post away by answering this question:
What romance novel hero from a historical would you like to meet?
I'll pick a winner later this week!

I would like to meet Gabriel MacBain from Julie Garwood's "Saving Grace."
Rhett Butler...what else can I say? I'm reading Rhett Butler's People right now and so far, it is a very good story. Interesting weave of new conversation mixed in with people, places and events from the original story.
These 4 popped into my head immediately:
1. Julia Quinn's Thomas Cavendish
2. Loretta Chase's Sebastian Ballister
3. Lisa Kleypas' Derek Craven
4. Julie Garwood's Iain Maitland
Actually, I would like to meet all the heroes in the romance novels I read because I fall a little in love with each while I am reading his story! ;-)
Hands down Sebastian from Devil in Winter - though like cheri, Derek Craven is a close second :)
I like Mr. Hartley from To taste temptation by Elizabeth Hoyt book.
Happy reading
Penney
Derek Craven, though a close second would be Restell Gardner from Jo Goodman's If His Kiss is Wicked. Two very different heros, maybe I'd better meet both so I can make up my mind for sure, lol.
I would like to meet the author actually if that is ok, Amanda Scott. I love her historicals :)
Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice.
Shay Griffen(Charlemayne) from Suzanne Enoch's book "Something Sinful".
Lisa Kleypas' Derek Craven
Elizabeth Hoyt's Edward de Raaf

I would say Sebastian from The Devil in Winter by Lisa Kleypas.
Nicholas Stafford of Jude Deveraux's A Knight in Shining Armor.
Deidre
Derek Craven in "Dreaming of You" by Lisa Kleypas
I'm always half in love with the hero of the book I'm currently reading, so I'll say Alasdair from Liz Carlyle's One Little Sin. :)

Earl Ranulf de Warbrooke, also known as "The Black Lyon" from the book of the same name by Jude Deveraux
